T-Shirts Measurement Guide
Avoid stretching any section of the T-shirt. Ensure it remains wrinkle-free. Keep the surface as flat as a board. Select a comfortable T-shirt that fits well, then follow the chart below for measurements.
Chest: Measure around the fullest area of the chest for the full chest..
Body Length: Measure around the fullest part of the chest for optimal fit.
Long Sleeve Length: Check the body length by measuring from the neck seam to the bottom of the T-shirt.
Short Sleeve Length: Follow the curve of the sleeve from the center back, down along the shoulder, until you reach the hem.
Armhole: Gauge the armhole precisely, around the arm from the shoulder joint to the armpit.
Shoulder: Following the sleeve’s curve, measure down along the shoulder from the center back to the hem.
Collar Width: Determine the collar width by measuring from the collar seam to the outer edge of the collar.
Pocket: For Pocket placement, mark “X” down from the high point of the shoulder, and “Y” to the right of center.
Sleeve Hem: The T-shirt edges are expertly finished with a straight stitch line, turned inside out for a polished look.
Bottom Hem: Hemming not only provides a neat finish but also adds weight at the lower edge, ensuring the T-shirt hangs well.
