Return Policy

The Apparel Factory sincerely wants to satisfy consumers, even when they're unhappy with our products. That's why we ensure consumer-friendly return policy. Of course, you can return disapproved products within 30 days of delivery.

We will gladly accept any Unworn, Unused (with attached tags and package) product. However, if you've received an incorrect/damaged product from The Apparel Factory, we'll refund you in full.

Please note that you'll only get a refund when we receive the product in its original condition.

Note

The consumer pays a 25% restocking fee for return.
Once the product is delivered to us, the refund amount will be transferred into your account between 5-10 working days.
The consumer will pay the return shipping costs.
Closed-out items are not eligible for return.
