For optimal results, we recommend that your design files meet the following requirements:

Afterward, we select one of two stitching methods: Satin stitching, which is utilized for smaller areas and involves stitching back and forth, or fill stitching, which allows for adjusting the stitching direction to account for fabric structure and pulling.
In practice, it is best to limit your design to 7 to 8 colors. However, it is important to note that embroidery typically works better with simple designs that are not overly complicated by a busy or cluttered design.
We can embroider on various items, but the product should ideally be flat to ensure stability during stitching in our embroidery machine. Baseball caps are more challenging to embroider due to their shape, which may result in longer processing times for hat orders. However, if you require a rush order, kindly inform us, and we'll do our best to meet your request.
Embroidery designs are generally smaller in size, but if you prefer a larger design, we recommend keeping it within 10 x 10 inches.
