- Why submit vector art, my file worked for brochures? Vector art is preferred for customization services because it allows for easy scalability without losing quality. It ensures sharp and precise printing or embroidery.
- Will a 72 image PPI work? A 72 PPI (Pixels Per Inch) image may not provide the desired resolution for printing or embroidery. Higher resolution images are recommended for better quality results.
- Will my embroidered apparel be as clear as my given photograph or artwork? Embroidery uses threads to replicate designs, so the final result may have a different appearance compared to a photograph or artwork. The level of detail achievable depends on the design complexity.
- What is your turnaround time? The turnaround time for your order depends on the product, customization details, and our current production schedule. Typically, it takes 5 to 10 business days for production, excluding shipping time.
- What items do I need to start sublimation printing? To start sublimation printing, you will need a sublimation printer, sublimation inks, sublimation transfer paper, a heat press, and products with polyester-coated surfaces suitable for sublimation.
