Our minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. This helps us maintain print quality and cost efficiency across every order.
Can I print different shirt colors in one order?
Yes, you can mix shirt colors in one run as long as the design and ink colors remain the same. If you need ink changes, additional setup fees may apply.
What print sizes do you offer?
Our standard print size is up to 12” wide by 14” tall. Oversized prints and specialty placements are also available; just ask our team during setup.
Where can you print on garments?
We offer standard front, back, and sleeve placements. Custom placements like side prints or lower hems are also possible depending on the garment type.
What file formats work best for screen printing?
We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. High-res PNGs or PSDs at 300 DPI are also acceptable if properly sized.
Does higher DPI mean better print quality?
Yes and no. DPI matters for raster files, but screen printing relies more on artwork clarity and proper separation. We’ll optimize your file for sharp results either way.
