I recently purchased a variety of these items with the intention of turning them into baby bibs. They served the purpose remarkably well! However, I did notice that the fringes were somewhat loose, so to prevent excessive fraying after numerous washes, I decided to add a zigzag stitch along the edges of each towel. The cost was incredibly reasonable too.
